About Us

The Saginaw Spirit is a Junior hockey team that plays in the Ontario Hockey League based in Saginaw, Michigan. The Ontario Hockey League is part of the Canadian Hockey League which is the premiere developmental league for the NHL, producing more NHL players than any other league in the world. The Saginaw Spirit's goal is to bring exciting family fun and entertainment to the Great Lakes Bay Region while making it a better place to live work and play. Our Mission Statement is ''‘Providing the Great Lakes Bay Region with world-class sports entertainment to ensure it is a better place to live, work and play. Partnering with the community to develop premier athletes into successful people. Committed to excellence on and off the ice.’
