About Us

Good Samaritan Rescue Mission provides emergency shelter services for homeless men, women and children, intact families, and veterans. The Good Samaritan campus also includes Samaritan Youth Services: Samaritan Youth Shelter, Doud House and Labadie Lofts.

Good Samaritan is part of Rescue Ministries of Mid-Michigan, a faith-based nonprofit organization operating City Rescue Mission, Good Samaritan Rescue Mission, Impact Designs, Samaritan Youth Services and Higher Purpose.

Our mission: Expressing God’s love by reaching out to the hurting and homeless of the Great Lakes Bay Region by providing shelter and care, proclaiming the Gospel of Christ, and establishing Christian disciples among disadvantaged people.
