Conflict arises whether we are in a leadership role or collaborating with others.  Having a framework to express our expectations in a way that will help others meet our needs is an important tool and requires practice to become a skill.
 
We'd like you to join us as we identify simple and effective steps to providing feedback regardless of our organizational role.
