As a Dow Visiting Scholar & Artist, Dr. Hicks will shape her programming around the exhibition David C. Driskell & Friends: Creativity, Collaboration & Friendship, on view at the Marshall M. Fredericks Sculpture Museum on campus at SVSU through February 22. Dr. Hicks will present a lecture in the Museum on Wednesday, February 5 at 6:00pm titled, “Realizing Davis Driskell’s Vision: The Role of African American Art in Shaping Our Collective Future.”

The Marshall M. Fredericks Sculpture Museum is located on the campus of Saginaw Valley State University, 7400 Bay Road, University Center, Michigan.
