Birding in the Thumb: Registration Required

Winter birding can be an exciting time. Join CNC staff as we look for Rough-legged Hawks, Snowy Owls, Horned Larks, Snow Buntings, and other wintering birds in Michigan's thumb. We will have spotting scopes to share and loaner binoculars available. Most of the time will be spent driving or standing outside the van, but we’ll also include a few short walks. Bring a sack lunch and dress for the weather. Meet at the Visitor Center. Registration required by 2/21 Ages: 15+, under 18 w/adult
